Acadia newsletter signups are managed by beehiiv, which stores subscriber information and handles confirmation and unsubscribe links. Future-edition waiting lists store your email, edition and signup date on Maine Unplanned. No regional waiting-list emails are sent yet. Unsaved planner responses stay in your browser. Choosing Save or Share stores the itinerary or lodging results, preferences, title and save date on our servers. A browser cookie connects your saved list to this device without an account. Anyone with a shared link can view that plan. Remove saved plans from your saved list to disable their links. Clearing cookies removes access to your list, so keep your shareable links or download a backup from Saved Plans. Backup files include trip names, dates and notes; keep them private. Restoring creates new copies checked against the current catalog. The most recent printable itinerary is also saved on this device. Google Analytics is optional and starts only when you allow it. We measure visits and selected actions without sending your email, trip name, notes or private shared-link identifier. Change your choice with Analytics preferences.
